Michie Sushi is a Takeaway & Delivery Sushi Shop with a small restaurant, situated down Chelmsford Lane in Ranelagh opened in 2007. We have opened a second branch in Dun Laoghaire, 64 Upper Georges Street in November 2012.Michie Sushi make's handmade sushi to order and caters for all events requiring sushi.

Michel Piare Sushi Chef and Propreitor hand selects all the fresh fish and ingredients for Michie Sushi. Together with Partner Anna van Exel and tasters Rosalie & Sara Piare, they make a great team. Michel and Anna have helped opened world class restaurants in the Uk, Holland and Belgium before venturing on their own to open Michie Sushi. Michael (twin brother to Michel)has joined the team and is based in Dun Laoghaire.

The word Michie in Japanese means "filled with smiles and laughter". Michel chose this name as it resembles his own name and has a wonderful meaning. It makes us happy when a customer approaches us and says "thank you that was delicious". Michie Sushi only wants the very best quality and satisfaction for you. Sit back, relax and enjoy your meal.
