Deep aims to serve customers fresh seasonal dishes with a stirring twist of world fusion. The Deep team have a passion to bring fresh, sustainably sourced food to their menu, keeping pace with the changing of the seasons. We keep the menu fresh and interesting, without doing too much damage to your wallet!
Joe Caufield, one of our local fisherman, supplies Deep with all our lobster and crab. We also get all our venison from an independent farmer in Wexford. All desserts are made by our team of chefs daily.
