Hugo's first opened its doors in 2007 and has embedded itself as a stalwart of Dublin's restaurant scene.
We have a huge bias towards locally sourced ingredients (organic where possible) and a dedication to fresh and imaginative food. Our head chef Maggie Roche leads a keen and innovative team who are eager to prepare for you the very best ingredients which Ireland has to offer. Our wine list is worldly and extensive, and it allows our guests to choose from over 50 wines by the glass. These elements are married with smart professional service, brought by a long serving, but young, full-time team both front and back of house.
Hugo's is situated just off the north east corner of St. Stephens Green. We are nestled equidistant between the 5 star Merrion and Shelbourne Hotels. Our Government Buildings and Dáil Éireann are all within 100’s of metres, with the Departments of the Taoiseach, Finance and Foreign Affairs literally on our doorstep.
