At Tang our food is a combination of local produce and flavours from further afield.

We’re heavily middle eastern influenced and could be anything from fresh Wexford strawberries served with homemade labnah and date syrup to North Wicklow Carrots, roasted in z’ataar and served with tahini and dukkah.

It’s new flavours, yet deliciously familiar!
